We would be happy to provide a sociable evening with 'Hutessen' for several people / a group, if you book in advance. You can cook your own marinated filet of beef, pork and turkey on a cast iron ‘hat’ in the centre of the table. Tasty salads and sides complete this culinary experience. You cannot fail to feel immediately at home in our parlour which holds 42 people. The 200-year old original doors from the old farmyard open up into a rustic farmhouse parlour with wooden flooring and a tiled stove – the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the time. Down-to-earth cuisine and classic mountain lodge dishes based on meat and dairy products from our own organic farm are on offer in the spacious self-service restaurant.
Landlady Marlies Wimmer does the cooking herself and prepares only top-quality local produce. Her legendary sugared pancakes are well renowned and just one of the highlights from the Loderbichl menu.
